As a senior analyst, Dr. Pantoja designs polls, leads focus groups, and writes reports and op-ed pieces on Latino voting behavior.

  • Latino Decisions

    Founded by Dr. Matt Barreto and Dr. Gary Segura, Latino Decisions became one of the primer Latino-owned political research consulting firms. Dr. Pantoja worked as a senior analyst from 2013 to 2020. At Latino Decisions, Pantoja designed many polls and wrote nearly two-dozen op-ed pieces on Latino voting behavior during different presidential and midterm elections.

  • Tomas Rivera Policy Institute

    Founded in 1985 at the Claremont Colleges, the TRPI was the nation’s first Latino think tank. In 2003, the TRPI moved to the University of Southern California. Pantoja worked as a researcher at the TRPI from 1996 to 1999.
